"Hello, Kip!" Pop walked into Kip's den.
"Hey, Pop!" Kip said.
He gave Pop a hug.
Pop saw Kip's silly picture.
"嗨，基普！" 波普爷爷走进基普的树洞。
"爷爷！" 基普说。
他拥抱了爷爷。
爷爷看到了基普那张可笑的画。
Pop smiled. "Did you draw that?"
"Yes, but it's silly," Kip said.
He quickly hid the picture.
爷爷笑了。"那是你画的？"
"是的，很可笑吧。" 基普说。
他急忙把画儿藏起来。
Later Kip was cooking.
"I'll take a walk," Pop said.
"Take this map," Kip said.
过了一会儿，基普在做饭。
"我去散散步。" 爷爷说。
"拿着这张地图。" 基普说。
"What are the Xs for?" Pop asked.
"That one is Squirrel's tree," Kip said.
"Don't go there.
Squirrel is too silly."
"这些X标志是什么？" 爷爷问。

"Don't go to that tree." Kip pointed.
"Mr. and Mrs. Crow are loud.
And don't go near the pond.
It's muddy!"

也不要去池塘附近。

Pop nodded. "Thanks, Kip."
Pop went for a walk.
He thought about Kip's picture.
He didn't look at the map.
爷爷点了点头。"谢谢你，基普！"
爷爷去散步了。
他想起了基普的画。
他没有看地图。
Pop saw Frog. "Hello!"
"Ribbit! Hi!" Frog said.
爷爷看到了青蛙。"你好！"
"呱！您好！" 青蛙说。
Frog hopped.
Pop hopped too!
Frog landed in mud.
Splat! Mud went on Pop!
青蛙跳了跳。
爷爷也跳了跳。
青蛙跳进泥里。
啪！泥溅到了爷爷的脸上！
